Production, Dispatch and Shipping
Upon placing your order, we immediately begin the processing and production of your garment. Unless we have your specified size in our stock, this process may take up to four weeks time as all garments are made by hand. Therefore, it is not unusual for you not to receive a tracking number from us on the day your order was placed, however, once your order is shipped we will send out a second confirmation email with tracking information.
Currently we ship to Canada and the USA.
Please take into consideration any additional customs or import duties which may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not control or determine these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To avoid unexpected charges, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order. Please remember to provide us with a clearly outlined address (business or residential), in order to avoid any discrepancies with your item.
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly issue you an exchange or store credit if you have changed your mind about the particular purchase(s) within 14 calendar days from which the order was delivered for a refund less the shipping charges. Items must be returned in original condition - unused, unworn, unwashed, unscented with all garment tags attached. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. However, if “non-faulty” accounts are cancelled within two weeks of delivery, a full exchange or store credit will be granted. For all online orders, shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to our studio. If you are receiving an exchange and live in the continental USA or Canada, we will ship your exchanged item at no additional charge.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
